• Meta Access Tokens: OAuth access tokens granted by you when connecting your Meta ad accounts. These tokens are used solely to retrieve advertising performance data on your behalf.
• Advertising Data: Campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROAS metrics from your connected Meta ad accounts.
• Usage Data: Log data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited within our platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To display your advertising performance data within the HadesGPT dashboard.
• To provide professional and refined analysis and recommendations for your ad campaigns.
• To send alerts when your account metrics require attention.
• To authenticate your identity and maintain account security.

We do not use your Meta advertising data to serve advertisements to you or any third party, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Meta Platform Data

When you connect your Meta ad account, we request the following permissions:

• ads_read — To read your ad account performance data (read-only, no modifications).
• public_profile — To identify your Facebook account.
• email — To link your Facebook identity to your HadesGPT account.

We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and only use data in ways consistent with your authorization and Meta's policies. We do not transfer Meta user data to third parties without explicit user consent.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your Meta access tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored on secured servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit, access controls, and regular security audits.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may disconnect your Meta account at any time through the HadesGPT platform, which will immediately revoke and delete your stored access tokens. You may delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
